Hisashi Ouchi Wikipedia, Skin, Radiations Burn, Picture, Real Photo, Wife, Family – 35-year-old Hisashi Ouchi received treatment at the University of Tokyo Hospital. Ouchi had severe radiation burns over the bulk of his body, severe damage to his internal organs, and a white platelet count that was almost nil.

When the incident at the Tokaimura power plant occurred, Hisashi was with two other guys, Masato Shinohara, 39, and Yutaka Yokokawa, 54. In Japan, at the Tokaimura thermal energy facility, Hisashi Ouchi worked as a lab specialist. His most well-known radiation accident exposed him to radiation at a level comparable to that of the nuclear weapon that was used to destroy Hiroshima.
The book “A Slow Death: 83 Days of Radiation Illness” chronicles Hisashi Ouchi’s journey after the accident and the roughly 83 days he spent in the hospital after radiation exposure. Yet, Hisashi’s name has been spelled wrongly as “Hiroshi.” Ouchi, whose name can be heard as “Aochi,” was 35 years old when the episode took place.
Due to his weak immune system and admission to a particular radiation ward, Ouchi could not fight off hospital-borne viruses. White platelet levels began to decline, and it was discovered that the leukocytes in the relocated tissue had been altered by residual radiation in his body. These immune system reactions compounded his rapidly deteriorating health.
Despite their best efforts, Ouchi’s situation deteriorated into multiple organ diseases because of considerable radiation damage, which was made worse because of Ouchi’s repeated heart arrests. He passed away on December 21, 1999, after irreversible heart failure.
According to Andrew Conway Ivy, the Nazi probes had little therapeutic value. The information gleaned from the analysis, however, has been put to use and taken into consideration for usage in a variety of fields, sparking a lot of debate. Nearby Ibaraki Hisashi Ouchi had a younger sister, a spouse, and a little child. In addition, he played rugby in high school and regularly smoked many cigarettes. Information about his parents is unknown.
